This script adds a 'BookHelp' menu with several sub-menus to the nicklist popup in mIRC.
It is intended to be used to help people ;)

The file extension autohelp sends an automatic help notice (which is not seen in the channel, hence 'silent') to person based on a simple filetype question detection routine, i.e. if someone says "how do I open rar?" in the channel, the script will notice that:
a) line does not begin with a '!' --->> not a file request
b) contains words 'how' and 'rar' --->> most likely a help request

Autohelp exists only for most commonly asked filetypes: ace, chm, dvi, lit, mht, prc, pdb, rar, r00, r01

The script will show a notice in your status window when autohelp is sent.

Do not enable autohelp in chat channels!

To load, type /load -rs bookhelp.mrc (for example, in your status window)

If you need to see help message yourself, right-click on your nick on channel and choose desired item from the menu - the answer will be echo'ed to the channel window, other users will not see it.

Thanks to all the people who have contributed their time or other resources for this script - especially to Bookworm and LawdyMama who are the co-authors of this script.
